This is actually a really interesting list of what you call "fundamental" elements to what leaders really should be doing each and every single day. The accountability is one that is often overlooked, but many of us this it's a given when in reality often times it's missing.
I too agree with the accountability part. Again, these are 16 areas we developed for any business to focus on to ensure success. These aren't Lean or Six Sigma tools, but good fundamentals for any leader or manager to follow and utilize.
